Dr.Roshan Nur Anand is the Clinical Director of Permai Polyclinics Api-Api, where he combines clinical expertise with a strong commitment to delivering accessible, patient-centred primary healthcare.

He oversees the clinic’s medical services, ensuring that every patient receives evidence-based, compassionate, and high-quality care in a professional and welcoming environment.

With a keen focus on clinical excellence, patient safety, and continuous quality improvement, Dr.Roshan leads the clinic in maintaining high standards of medical practice while embracing innovation to enhance healthcare delivery. His interests include preventive medicine, acute and chronic disease management, occupational health, minor surgical procedures, and the integration of modern technology into primary care.

Beyond patient care, Dr.Roshan is actively involved in healthcare leadership and practice development, serving on the board of the Association of Private Practitioners Sabah, APPS, working to strengthen clinical governance, operational efficiency, and service quality. He believes that effective healthcare extends beyond treatment alone, emphasizing health education, early intervention, and long-term patient wellbeing.

Under his leadership, Permai Polyclinics Api-Api continues to expand its range of comprehensive medical services while remaining committed to its core mission: providing safe, ethical, and affordable healthcare for individuals, families, and the wider community.

Our Staff Nurses are registered healthcare professional responsible for providing direct patient care, monitoring patients' health conditions, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Staff Nurses assess patient needs, maintain accurate medical records, educate patients and their families, and respond promptly to changes in patients' conditions while adhering to clinical standards, hospital policies, and ethical guidelines.

Pharmacy Assistants

Our Pharmacy Assistants supports the daily operations of our dispensary by assisting doctors/pharmacists with dispensing medications, preparing prescriptions, managing inventory, processing customer transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

They provide courteous customer service, ensure the pharmacy remains clean and organized, and help ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards while maintaining patient confidentiality.
